 White ebony from Laos. The corner moldings in Gabonese ebony frame the patterns of the white ebony and echo its black veining.
 The interior is organized with a small storage compartment on the left and a tray with six compartments on the right. The handles of the tray, made of Gabonese ebony with brass inlays, match the corner moldings of the box. The tray's unique covering reveals the wooden crossbar.
 The interior of the box is entirely lined in brown velvet with padding on the bottom and lid. The underside of the tray is covered in leather.
