Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days when the items are standard and available in stock.
When items are not available in stock, a delay of 7 days to one month may be necessary and will be specified at the time of payment.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number (if available).
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within:

These delivery times are given as a guide and do not take into account any delays related to the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Return policy
We allow 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
